中文摘要:维亚电子作为一家主打“中国芯”品牌的台资企业。2013年初,隶属于上海国资委的星辰投资有限公司收购了维亚电子CPU事业部,双方共同出资成立了兆信集成电路有限公司,专门从事CPU和芯片组研发。整个并购重组过程历时超过一年,期间核心员工离职事件频发。本案例以情景回放的方式展现出重组过程中一些典型的核心员工离职事件,希望学生通过本案例的学习理解心理契约在员工关系管理中的重要意义以及组织变革中的员工关系管理问题。

英文摘要:WY technologies Corporation,a Taiwan company, is very influential in integrated circuit industry. At the beginning of 2013, Shanghai Star investment corporation purchased the CPU division and chipset business of WY, and merged with WY to form a new corporation called ZhaoXin technologies. This M&A process lasted for more than one year. During this process, WY suffered a sharp increase of turnover rate of key employees. This case introduced some typical turnover incidents of key employees. The students are expected to learn psychological contract theory and understand the importance of psychological contract in employee relation management in organizational change.
