中文摘要:在大数据和管理变革时代,信息化无疑是提高企业管理决策效率、提升竞争能力的重要手段。中小企业为了在竞争市场中处于优势地位,信息化项目的实施也将为其组织变革注入活力。本案例以服务外包型中小企业——搜才公司实施信息化战略为背景,重点围绕该公司自2012年开始,一直延续到2014年推行的CRM信息化项目曲折的发展历程,从项目沟通管理视角,详细描述了其在沟通规划、管理沟通和控制沟通方面所面临的问题与困境。如果说原有的CRM信息化系统是因为没有很好的沟通规划和管理沟通几乎停滞,那么,为什么重新制定了项目的沟通规划,项目进展还是那么艰难?为什么采用了近乎完善的管理办法,项目依旧问题重重,进展缓慢?中小企业在实施信息化项目中会面临哪些挑战和难题?从项目沟通管理角度企业又该如何应对?

英文摘要:In the era of big data and management reform, informatization is undoubtedly a key to improve the management efficiency and competitive power of enterprises. In order to gain a dominant position in the competitive market, middle and small-sized enterprises carry out informatization project. Soucai Corporation(SC)is a middle-sized enterprise doing service outsourcing. Base on the informatization strategy of SC, this case describes the development history of CRM informatization project from 2012 to 2014, and analyzes the trouble and difficulties in communication plans, management communication and control communication from the perspective of project communication management. If the original CRM informatization system nearly stagnated due to the lack of appropriate communication plans and management communication, why was the project still going tough after reorganizing communication plans? Why did problems appear as before even though the nearly perfect management methods were taken? What challenges and problems will middle and small-sized enterprises be facing during the process of informatization projects? And in terms of project communication management, what are the solutions to the questions above?
