英文摘要:MPO (Beijing) co., LTD (MPO) is a company producing accessories for communication, medical and automotive companies. ZM project, including part A and part B, supplies mobile phone parts for SNY, a mobile phone maker. Based on ZM project, this case mainly describes the developing process, and analyzes the risk management process. Because of the success of part A and the failure of part B, this case excavates the reasons and concludes the project risks of original equipment manufacturer(OEM)project. On the basis of the above study, this case puts forward the contract plan of OEM project risk management, to make a suggestion for project risk management of OEM companies.
