英文摘要:Animation industry is one of the fastest developing and the most active cultural and creative industries in the last ten years, and many animation companies are exploring business models to match their business environment and their resources and capabilities in practice. This case, starting with the business model framework and then discussing the value proposition, value creation, value delivery and value realization, describes the exploration and reinvention of Lanmao company 's business model with its full process from the first five-year’s brilliant success to its plight due to the changing business environment.
