中文摘要:作为现代化集成信息系统和先进管理手段,ERP整合了企业的物流、资金流与信息流,可以简化运作流程的中间环节、降低经营成本,已经成为现代企业获取竞争优势的必要条件。但是,ERP实施过程复杂、实施周期长、实施成本居高不下、失败率很高,这些因素成为了ERP顺利应用的拦路虎。许多企业由于无法正确应对ERP实施过程中的这些错综复杂的难题,经常导致高昂的投资打了水漂、提高企业利润的目标无法兑现、改善客户关系的愿望成为泡影、优化企业供应链的期待落空。如何有效应对ERP实施过程中的这些难题呢?本案例分析了中航国际ERP实施过程中遇到的问题和解决这些问题的种种尝试和措施,探索出了一条ERP实施的成功之路。通过案例讨论,使学生经历大型复杂的IT项目全过程、多环节的实践,提高学生理论联系实际、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力;也可以为同类企业实施ERP系统进行有效指导。

英文摘要:ERP representative of advanced information integrated system can integrate material flow, cash flow and information flow, simplify middle procedure, reduce cost, so as to extend the influence of company and to obtain competition advantage. Hence many organizations and corporations invest abundant money to purchase ERP, but the profit is limited. The original expectation to increase profit, improve relationship with clients and optimize supply chain fails finally, desired goal can hardly be realized. The main reason for the failure is the fact that the research about ERP implementation is far behind the development of ERP itself. The case discusses how AVIC implements ERP, what problem they confront in the process, how they solve the problem. By learning the case, students can experience the whole course of complex IT project from initiation stage, implementation stage to spreading stage, optimization stage. Finally the aim to improve the comprehensive ability of uniting theory with practice, analyzing and solving problems is achieved; Meanwhile similar corporations can get efficient guides for ERP implementation.
